Usability Test Report
I managed an interface design project for a popular government website. To ensure that the new designs were intuitive, I designed and conducted a usability test and wrote the report (1 MB) recommending the final design revisions.
Creative Briefs and Requirements
I wrote these design requirements (486K) for a large government website that provides health information to consumers. My company designed new icons for the site and created a Flash feature, called a body map, which highlighted organs and conditions within various body systems. This requirements document was designed to assist our graphic designer, Flash developer, and a freelance medical illustrator who I hired for the project.
User Documentation
A storyboard and script (691K) for an online tutorial. I wrote the script, learned how to use Captivate software, hired voiceover talent and produced the tutorial for launch in three weeks.
Marketing and Sales
I wrote this brochure promoting usability and accessibility services at my company. I also wrote most of the content on my company's website.
For a new military museum, I wrote this branding proposal. My company was one of five design firms, out of thirty applicants, selected for Phase One of the project.
For another large government client, I wrote this website redesign and usability testing proposal (1.1 MB). My company won the contract.
